Why we built this
The problem we saw firsthand.
The agencies we worked with ran their pipeline in one tool, their projects in another, their time tracking in a spreadsheet, and their invoicing in whatever accounting software their accountant recommended. Nothing talked to anything else.
Every week, someone was copying data between tools. Every month, someone was pulling together numbers to figure out whether a project made money. By the time they had the answer, it was too late to do anything about it.
The tools that exist either solve one piece of the problem or try to solve everything and end up solving nothing well. There was no product built specifically for the operational loop of service businesses — freelancers, agencies, and consultancies alike.
So we built it.
