Privacy Policy — ACOS

1. Who we are

ACOS is a product of AuriCorium, based in Lahore, Pakistan. We provide operational intelligence software for service companies. Contact: [email protected]

2. What data we collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company), data you enter into ACOS (deals, projects, time entries, invoices), and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

3. How we use your data

To provide and improve the ACOS service, to send transactional emails (invoice notifications, password resets, team invitations), and to understand how people use the product. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers in Germany (Frankfurt). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We perform daily automated backups with 30-day retention.

5. Data retention and deletion

You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. When you cancel your account, your data is retained for 60 days (so you can change your mind), then permanently deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise any of these rights.

7. Changes to this policy

We will notify active users by email at least 14 days before making material changes to this policy.
