Terms of Service — ACOS

1. Parties

ACOS is operated by AURICORIUM (PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Pakistan (“Auricorium”, “we”, “us”). By using ACOS you agree to these terms. If you are using ACOS on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.

2. The service

ACOS provides operational management tools including CRM, project management, time tracking, and invoicing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Your data

You own your data. We do not claim any ownership over the content you create in ACOS. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ACOS to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property, send unsolicited communications, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

5. Billing and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller. Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Liability

ACOS is provided “as is.” AURICORIUM (PRIVATE) LIMITED is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally.
